- Two HVAC tune-ups per calendar year for Spring1 or Fall2
- 10% off repairs totaling up to $500
- 15% off repairs totaling over $500
- 5% off full unit replacement for one HVAC unit
- 8% off full unit replacement for multiple HVAC units
- 10% off ductwork modifications
- 1 free diagnostic visit per calendar year

1 Spring tune-up will include the following:
- Check freon levels, amps, and temp splits
- Check & adjust thermostat
- Inspect wiring & connections, contactors, capacitors & relays
- Inspect the evaporator coil & drain pan
- Inspect and rinse condenser coils with water
- Inspect the condensate drain line and clear out with nitrogen or suck out with vacuum
- Inspect outdoor disconnect
- Inspect motor bearings, fan blade, blower wheel
- Inspect compressor at startup
2 Fall tune-up will include the following:
- Check freon levels (if applicable)
- Check amp draws and temp splits
- Check & adjust thermostat
- Check defrost mode
- Inspect wiring & connections, contactors & relays
- Inspect and check run capacitors to see if they are within manufacturer specifications
- Inspect evaporator coil (If applicable)
- Inspect and rinse condenser coils (If applicable)
- Inspect outdoor disconnect (If applicable)
- Inspect blower motor bearings and blower wheel
- Inspect compressor at startup (If applicable)
- Inspect induced draft motor
- inspect & adjust burners
- Inspect heat exchange
- Inspect gas pressure & flame
- Inspect igniter/pilot light
- Inspect all safety and limit switches
- Inspect filter
- Check airflow
Terms & Conditions
Customer agrees to be bound by the terms stated below:
- 6-month minimum contract required, and auto payment continues monthly thereafter until termination *
- Customer may choose to complete 2 tune ups per calendar year, either Fall/Spring, Spring/Spring, or Fall/Fall combo
- Cannot use family and friends gift card with included discount on repairs or replacements
- No refunds for unattended tune-ups
- Whole house ductwork modifications will only be completed in Fall and Spring
