Dave was very professional presenting my options with a new heat Pump combo system. He helped me understand the difference between a 1 stage a 2 stage system which make the 2 stage system an easy decision. I called RKS at 7am when they opened. No answer, I left a message. I caled Clark at about 8:30am..they said they would come out around 12:00.
RKS finally called when the Clark service men were leaving at about 1:00.
Clark turned out to be great. Very honest. Will use again.
