I purchased four new AC's from Clark Heat and Cooling for four of my Townhomes recently. I had a disagreement with Michelle on the phone and since my phone number and my husbands number have been blocked. I requested Michelle send me the Warranties for my four AC's She told me I could get them myself from the Manufacturer, I told her I purchased and paid Clark ,I did not purchase from the Manufacturer.

They helped us come up with a way to reduce an very old 10 ton unit down to a 5 ton unit because the space is being used differently and Dave with his team was able to rework the ducting to get the air in the right places.

Amazing service! Dave came in and fixed the ac all up, he even told me things that would need to be replaced soon to prevent a summer break down. He wore slippers on his shoes to protect my floors when he came in from the outside. Very good company, would reccomend them to friends and family.
