Dave was easy to work with from the minute I met him and the company exudes integrity and caring. The 2 technicians who installed my York unit explained everything about the process and were meticulous in their level of detail. Holy Cow! I full well expected any company that came out for a tune up was just going to tell me to give up on my unit and give them 10k for a new one....and then you send me Sam! Let's be real, all true heros are named Sam. Uncle Sam, Sam Adams, Sam from LOTR who is the only reason the ring got destroyed...and YOUR Sam. Kind, respectful, friendly, and a pro! Im beyond thrilled. He came and was thoroughly going over everything while putting up w my questions and not giving up on my old gal AC while she is kicking.
