When I saw smoke coming from our AC unit I was 100% sure that we had to replace it; however, when Ivan checked it out he found the problem that could be FIXED for a tiny fraction of the price. I was in need of an AC last summer (2023). I am a veteran, so I went to Semper Fi to get a a quote. All their ads made them look so great. I was greatly disappointed by the way they treated me and their quote. After giving me "Veteran Discounts" and promises that they only sell American Air and Heating, they tried to sell me a German brand that was priced at over $20,000. The two lower end units were American made and lower. BUT even after over $3,000 discounts they were still at $13,500 and $15,500. I was given the phone number to David Clark from my brother. I called and he came out personally. He gave me a quote for an AC and a little bit of duct work. His total quote was over $3k lower than their lowest quote. A week later I had a York (American Made) AC on my roof. It has been running nice and cool. No problems. This company has given me the check-ups to make sure it runs great. I highly recommend them. In fact, today a co-worker contacted me and asked for a referral. I gave her their number.
