Here are the items we check in our 22 point inspection
* Freon levels per manufacturer’s specifications, amp draws on the blower motor, outdoor fan motor, and compressor *

Of course we love air conditioning! How can we not, living in the Valley of the Sun? Air conditioning makes living here bearable, and obviously, it’s also our way of life. But we love the trade of air conditioning itself.
We Love Working Outdoors
We love working with our hands and we love the benefits of working outdoors. We are not desk people, but want to be out and about, wiring up units, connecting duct
We are well into the summer months in Phoenix, and are more grateful than ever for air conditioning! Here are a few fun facts to celebrate air conditioning:

This topic is always a great debate: Do you save more energy by turning the air conditioner completely off when you leave, or do you change it to a higher setting? We at Clark Heating & Cooling have experimented with both options, just to see the effect it would have on our electric bill.
The argument for turning the air conditioner off when you leave for work or vacation usually goes as follows: “Since no

CHC replaced my home AC system on 21Jun2024 (117F and muggy!). My old system was a high performing 19 yr old American Standard product where the compressor died of old age. My new system is same as my old system except a York product. It is a 5 ton split system with gas furnace / air blower / controller and evaporator heat exchanger, located in a central closet inside the house, and condenser heat exchanger / 3 phase compressor, located in a cabinet on the ground outside. It took two technicians Gabe, and Robert, 8 hrs to remove the previous equipment, install the new equipment, adjust controls/fluids and clean the jobsite. Everything but the house mounted control wires and refrigerant lines was replaced. The new system seems reliable and performs very well. The workspace in the central closet was very challenging requiring CHC to carefully plan and execute the disassembly/removal of the old equipment and assembly/installation of the new equipment. I was very pleased they completed all the work in one day at a price under $10k. There were no unexpected costs or changes and CHC disposed of all the old equipement and related trash. Robert and Gabe were very professional and surprisingly robust in the horrible heat. Job well done!

Dave was very professional presenting my options with a new heat Pump combo system. He helped me understand the difference between a 1 stage a 2 stage system which make the 2 stage system an easy decision. They said 8am start and the was when they were there and everything was like clockwork. He has great folks working with him also. I highly recommend Clark heating and cooling! Bruce L

We have been customer of theirs for at least a few years now and they’ve been absolutely wonderful. After going back and forth with another company over some install work that was rife with issues, Clark Heating and Cooling came in and completely turned it around. They now do our routine tune ups as well. They are knowledgeable, professional and very nice people. We absolutely recommended them!"
